Prop Callum Ford played his junior rugby at Crewe and Nantwich RUFC before joining the Sharks Academy.
The 120kg powerhouse, who has represented England at under 19 and under 20 level, went to school at Brine Leas School, in Nantwich, and then spent his sixth form at Sandbach.
Callum cites Crewe and Nantwich youth coach Andy Pemberton as his biggest influence.
He made his Sharks first team debut in the first fixture of the 2021/22 Premiership season, when he came on as a replacement in the win against Bath.
